One School, One Counseling Room

Every child deserves a safe and supportive learning environment. Through the “One School, One Counseling Room” initiative, GVS is committed to strengthening government schools by providing essential counseling facilities that promote students’ emotional well-being and help create equal opportunities for quality education.

With the generous support of Ms. Sangeeta Shrotriya (USA), a counseling room is being established at GramSewa Secondary School, a historic institution founded in 1963 and located in the upper region of Tarkeshwor Municipality. This dedicated space will provide students with a safe environment to express themselves, receive guidance, and build confidence for a brighter future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sangeeta Shrotriya for her generous contribution and trust in our mission. Together, we are investing not only in a counseling room but also in the well-being, resilience, and future of every child. Every act of generosity brings us one step closer to ensuring that no child is left behind.

With prevention at the heart of what we do, we aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
