Mansing Dharma Secondary School stands as a vital educational institution dedicated to
nurturing academic growth, character development, and social responsibility among its students.
Serving a diverse community, the school provides a structured and supportive environment
where learning is encouraged not only through textbooks, but also through dialogue, reflection,
and critical thinking.
During recent educational and mental health awareness sessions, students demonstrated
remarkable curiosity and depth of understanding. Their engagement was reflected in thoughtful
and genuine questions such as: How can we identify the state of our mind (maan)? Is mental
health related to depression? If my counselor advises one approach and you suggest another,
who is right?

These insightful inquiries created meaningful discussions that extended beyond the planned
schedule. The students’ eagerness to seek clarity encouraged us to remain for a full-day session,
ensuring that every concern was heard and thoughtfully addressed. Their willingness to question,
reflect, and participate highlighted the importance of creating safe spaces for open conversation.
Such interactions reaffirm that education thrives where curiosity is welcomed. More questions
lead to deeper understanding; more education leads to greater clarity. By fostering dialogue and
promoting mental health awareness, Mansing Dharma Secondary School continues to strengthen
not only academic excellence but also emotional intelligence and resilience among its students.

With prevention at the heart of what we do, we aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
