The new initiative of GVS to support mental health through a dedicated Scholarship Program for underprivileged students was launched in 2082 B.S. This year, we selected Rasuwa—one of the areas most severely affected during Nepal’s 2072 earthquake and classified as a Red Zone. Many children in this region continue to carry the emotional and personal losses of that devastating disaster. As part of our commitment, GVS is providing scholarships to two students from Shree Nilkantha Secondary School, Rasuwa. Each student receives full annual support, including school fees, a set of uniforms, shoes, and yearly stationery supplies. Through this program, we aim not only to ease their educational burden but also to strengthen their emotional well-being and resilience.
